Oracle EPM Support Lead Onsite

Responsibilities

• EPM EPBCS Lead Consultant, client-facing, full implementation lifecycle,
• Lead Requirements, Design and Build for EPBCS config, dimensions, hierarchies,
• Configure EPBCS Oracle EPM modules for Financials, Workforce & Capital Planning,
• Configure EPBCS Financials (Inc Stmt, Bal Sheet, Cash Flow), Capital, Projects
• Define drivers/KPIs, Write calc scripts, business rules and workflows
• Configure EPM Business Automation
• Build and maintain Essbase Outlines, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension Builds, Data Loads and Batch Automation Scripts.
• Data loads:
  Oracle EPBCS load process, data validation, and addressing load issues
• Create EPM reports using FR Studio, Smart View, Dashboards, Infolets, Reports
• Conduct classes, Write training materials, procedural guides
• Lead Conference Room Pilot for EPBCS configured environments
• Write client-specific test scenarios, scripts, steps;
  Conduct Unit Test, System Integration Tests and facilitate UAT
• Configure EPM EPBCS Security, filters, user define, admin

• Previous FP&A experience
• Considerable accounting experience with Bal Sheet, Inc Stmt, Cash Flow and linkage amongst
• Exposure and understanding of FDMEE, EPM Automate, Essbase, integrations
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and flexible to participate as a team member with a willingness to help junior staff where needed

• 10+ years full lifecycle configuration experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion / Essbase
• Experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboard and Business Rules
• Ability to create complex business rules and integrating with source systems
• Should have good working knowledge of EPM Automate and be able to build scripts to automate various admin activities using EPM Automate
• Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation
• Ability and willingness to mentor and work with offshore teams
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
• Flexible working hours to support extended business hours during month end , quarter end & year end.
