Content Management Associate – Hybrid (USA)

As a Content Management Associate, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of our online and digital tax content. The role involves researching tax rates with local authorities across the U.S., coordinating with team members, and supporting content strategy development. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about research and eager to learn and grow within the field.

Work Arrangement

Eight days a month in the closest U.S. office within 50 miles of your residence; the rest of the time remote.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the research team to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in implementing research strategies.
  • Upload and manage digital content in the content management system (CMS).
  • Conduct basic keyword research.
  • Monitor website content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the creation of content schedules.
  • Perform basic analytics on content performance.
  • Assist team members with various content‑related projects.
Qualifications
  • Proofreading:
    Keen eye for detail to ensure content is error‑free.
  • Content Management System (CMS):
    Basic knowledge of CMS tools for content uploading and management.
  • Collaboration:

    Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.
  • Time Management:
    Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Basic Analytics:
    Capability to perform simple content performance analysis.
  • Adaptability:
    Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different content requirements.
  • Legal Authorization:
    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation

$27,700.00 – $46,450.00 USD (based on primary location). Salary is influenced by factors such as skills, experience, and actual hiring location.
