About the Role

As a Content Management Associate
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our online and digital tax content. You will research tax rates with local taxing authorities throughout the US, coordinate with team members, and assist in content strategy development. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are passionate about research and eager to learn and grow within the field.

Hybrid

Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (USA) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. Please view the site office location directory for potential office preferences nationwide.

Legal Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Skills
  • Proofreading:
    Keen eye for detail to ensure tax rate content is error-free.
  • Content Management System (CMS):
    Basic knowledge of CMS tools for content uploading and management.
  • Collaboration:

    Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.
  • Time Management:
    Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Basic Analytics:
    Capability to perform simple content performance analysis.
  • Adaptability:
    Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different content requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with research team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in implementing research strategies.
  • Upload and manage digital content in the content management system (CMS).
  • Conduct basic keyword research.
  • Monitor website content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the creation of content schedules.
  • Perform basic analytics on content performance.
  • Support team members in various content-related projects.
