Sales Operations Associate
Location: Ewing, NJ
Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule: Day Shift Hours

Qualifications- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, procurement, or coordination
- Experience in the packaging or polymer industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Self‑motivated with strong follow‑through skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative working style
- Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities
- Provide end-to-end sales support including preparing quotations, order tracking, and client communication
- Coordinate exhibition and trade show activities including booth materials, product displays, packaging, and logistics
- Organize and maintain catalogues, datasheets, branding materials, and promotional assets
- Manage documentation including purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and approval workflows
- Coordinate shipment and dispatch of product samples to customers, partners, and trade show venues
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers and vendors
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and ERP/procurement systems
- Generate weekly status reports and track outstanding documentation
- Follow up proactively on pending approvals and missing paperwork
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier databases
