• Helping around the aggregates plant with cleaning up, greasing and light maintenance tasks.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Support the team in various tasks to maintain efficient operations.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Competency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptability to changing work conditions and tasks.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.50 to $22.50 per hour
