Maintenance Mechanic - Direct Hire
Location: Ewing, NJ
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Qualifications- Robotics and injection molding experience.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or equipment repair required.
- Strong knowledge of motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, production machinery, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, engineering specifications, and maintenance documentation.
- Experience using precision measuring tools, machine shop equipment, and common maintenance hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
- Welding, fabrication, PLC troubleshooting, or electrical maintenance experience is a plus.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions by observing machine operation, using precision measuring instruments, and identifying root causes of mechanical issues.
- Disassemble, repair, replace, and install defective mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes.
- Inspect used parts and equipment to determine wear, dimensional changes, and repair requirements using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
- Adjust and align machinery components and control systems to maintain equipment performance and production efficiency.
- Support production uptime by coordinating preventive maintenance schedules and communicating maintenance needs with production teams.
- Fabricate and modify repair parts using machine shop tools and maintenance equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment while assisting with ordering and stock management.
- Prepare maintenance reports, document repairs, and communicate equipment issues, irregularities, and ongoing maintenance requirements across shifts and teams.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
