As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in:
- Planning and Execution:
Develop, launch, and refine digital campaigns that align with targeted go‑to‑market strategies for Opti Freight® Logistics. - End‑to‑End Management:
Oversee campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, encompassing email development, segmentation, automation flows, scoring models, and nurture strategy. - Email Marketing:
Manage email marketing calendars, campaign creation, A/B testing, deliverability best practices, and comprehensive reporting. - Paid Advertising:
Execute and enhance paid search campaigns in Google Ads, focusing on keyword strategy, ad copy, bid management, and conversion tracking. - Social Media Strategy:
Manage paid social campaigns on Linked In, including B2B audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization. - Additional Tactics:
Perform retargeting, display advertising, landing page optimization, and implement SEO best practices for AI‑driven search.
Measurement and Optimization:
You will monitor and analyze performance metrics across all channels, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI, lead quality, and funnel performance. Create dashboards and reporting structures to communicate results effectively and conduct regular tests to continuously improve digital performance.
Collaboration and Project Management:
Collaborate with the Enterprise Brand team to create compelling digital assets. Work closely with Product & Solutions Marketing and Sales to ensure messaging and campaign objectives are aligned. Maintain relationships with agency partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of digital programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3‑5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or SaaS/technology sectors.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Google Ads, and Linked In Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, paid media strategies, and digital analytics.
- Proficient in managing multiple programs in fast‑paced environments with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, retargeting platforms, and marketing attribution models.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
Anticipated salary range is $80,900 - $103,950.
