Quality Inspector Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Experience using Vernier calipers and other precision measuring instruments
- Ability to perform visual inspections and identify product defects with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Gmail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and recognize when issues should be escalated
- Excellent organizational skills with accurate documentation and recordkeeping abilities
- Knowledge of quality control processes, inspection procedures, and manufacturing best practices is preferred.
Job Duties
- Perform quality inspections on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as Vernier calipers, weighing scales, and other precision equipment.
- Perform visual inspections to identify product defects and report quality issues promptly.
- Complete leak testing, challenge testing, and other quality control tests during production and batch changeovers.
- Conduct line clearance and pre-dispatch inspections to verify product quality before shipment.
- Collect, label, and maintain quality control and retained samples.
- Review quality records, inspection documentation, SOPs, Certificates of Conformance (COC), and Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Accurately document inspection results and communicate quality concerns to the Quality Assurance team
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and perform additional quality assurance duties as assigned.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
