Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior and exterior areas, including public spaces, entry points, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations;
Assist with crowd management, special events, and visitor flow by following post orders and helping to maintain orderly conditions throughout the location
