RoleSummary
The Maintenance Electrician will provide the maintenance, repair, and/or installation of electrical equipment, wiring, and lighting systems.
Responsibilities- Test, troubleshoot, and repair control panels, electric motors, and electrical equipment.
- Isolate and repair deficits in wiring, motors, and other electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls and motor control centers.
- Bend and install rigid or PVC conduit.
- Pull electrical cables and wires in conduit.
- Utilize voltage and amperage measuring devices.
- Travel from facility to facility to assist in day‑to‑day operations of each facility.
- Complete work orders for routine repairs, maintenance, and installation of lighting and power circuits in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain various equipment such as switch gear, generators, and lighting systems.
- Assist in maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, and equipment.
- Perform other work related to duties as assigned.
- Respond to after‑hour emergencies.
- Work hand in hand with outside contractors/vendors performing work at our site to repair or service existing equipment.
- Work with contractors/vendors onsite such as security, cleaning staff, and cafeteria personnel.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Computer skills necessary to interface with machinery programs.
- Demonstrate a high level of communication, cooperation, and teamwork with team members and fellow employees.
- Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ensure all safety and procedures are followed according to company safety policies.
- Repair and maintain high voltage equipment up to 600 volts.
- Working knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures, NEC rules, and regulations.
- 10 years of practical commercial/industrial electrical experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Journeyman’s electrical license.
- Valid driver’s license.

Estimated Compensation79,040. USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
