JCMLiving is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments and community looking beautiful and functioning efficiently. The right candidate should have knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks.
We offer excellent wages plus paid vacation and sick time as well as 16-25 paid holidays per year. Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, appliance repair, HVAC, snow removal, and coordinating with contractors.
