Job Description
We offer a flexible schedule with hours that fit your needs. You will work full‑time as a Domino's Pizza delivery driver, delivering pizzas, drinks, flyers, and door hangers.
Job Requirements and Duties- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Must own or have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Navigate addresses within the designated delivery area and handle adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

QualificationsGeneral job duties for all store team members include:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training:
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication
Skills:
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/
Skills:
- Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to above 90°F in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances and durations; surfaces include ceramic tile, linoleum; work surfaces 36" to 48". - Paperwork:
Normally completed in an office at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; unloading with a hand truck; cases up to 50 pounds; stacking onto shelves up to 72". - Carrying:
Large cans (3 lb, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb per tray) carried from workstation to storage or front of store. - Pushing:
Trays on dollies (24‑30") requiring up to 7.5 lb of force to push or pull. - Climbing:
Infrequent stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
- Forward bending at the pizza assembly station; duration 30‑45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously.
- Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: up/down/forward; above 72" to turn oven controls, change signage; below 72" to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; forward to obtain toppings, clean surfaces, answer phones.
- Hand tasks:
Continuous use of hands, forearms, wrists; manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, cardboard box assembly; grasping cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes. - Machines/tools: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza…
