Jet Aviation is recruiting an experienced Captain to lead Challenger 604 operations from Ewing Township, NJ. You will assume full command of assigned flights, champion safety and compliance, and deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for discerning clients while representing Jet Aviation with professionalism and discretion.
What You’ll Do- Exercise command authority to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship on every flight.
- Plan and execute domestic and international missions; adapt to weather, ATC, and operational changes in real time.
- Operate the CL604 precisely, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and performance.
- Lead and coordinate the crew; conduct or delegate passenger safety briefings to the SIC.
- Perform the In-Flight Security Coordinator function under the TSA Twelve-Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP) or Private Charter Standard Security Program (PCSSP), as applicable.
- Promote open communication on safety; report hazards; maintain a secure operating environment.
- Record and report aircraft discrepancies; manage trip documentation; maintain current aircraft manuals and operational publications.
- Complete accurate trip paperwork and represent Jet Aviation as a brand ambassador for trust, honesty, alignment, transparency, safety, service, and quality.
- Certificates: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP); FAA First Class Medical.
- Preferred: Challenger 604 type rating and currency.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
- Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional traits: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; meticulous attention to detail; resourcefulness; integrity; discretion; quality-driven mindset; polished, client-focused demeanor.
- Total time: 3,500 hours (fixed-wing)
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbo-jet: 500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- Night: 100 hours
- Simulated instrument: 75 hours
License required: ATP (unrestricted or restricted, per eligibility), with FAA First Class Medical.

- Champion a proactive safety culture through transparent communication and timely reporting.
- Maintain current knowledge of operating specifications, manuals, and security programs (TFSSP/PCSSP).
