Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment to keep production moving safely and efficiently;
Perform equipment changes and troubleshoot/repair as needed for continuous operation;
Utilize SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to manage production flow and record transactions in SAP;
Monitor product labeling, packaging, and quality to ensure compliance with GMP/SQF/HACCP/FSMA;
Record inventory transactions and prepare basic production paperwork; participate in 5S and continuous-improvement activities
