Operate, monitor, and maintain extrusion processing machinery and equipment to keep production flowing safely and efficiently;
Monitor product flow and ensure batches meet quality and food safety standards;
Perform equipment changeovers and address operational issues promptly;
Record inventory transactions and shipments in SAP; follow FIFO methods;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with GMP/HACCP/SQF/FSMA
