Position: Unit Manager (RN)
Location: Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs - Excelsior Springs, MO Shift: FULL-TIME DAYS Monday-Friday
Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Unit Manager (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care for residents in our long-term care facility. This role is perfect for an Unit Manager (RN) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and enjoys a rewarding work environment with a strong team dynamic.
UnitManager (RN)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
- Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents and families
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
