We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. About the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and communicating with them to understand their needs and preferences. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in daily care planning meetings to discuss resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including keeping their living spaces tidy and organized

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
