About the Role:As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents. Our mission is to enhance the lives of everyone we touch, and we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care services, including toileting, transferring, and ambulating
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with meals and snacks, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull residents as needed
