Sales Representative

United Fiber in Excelsior Springs, Cameron, or Smithville is looking to hire a full-time Sales Representative.

This sales position earns a competitive total compensation between $75,000 and $85,000. We provide fantastic benefits

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting product lines for United Services, Inc. and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship‑based sales approach. They are accountable for achieving maximum sales growth and profitability by effectively selling products and tracking results. The Sales Representative treats customers as a priority, proactively anticipating current and potential future needs, and builds relationships with both business and residential customers.

They work as an integral part of a team across all departments and must be a team player. Customer focus is the number one priority of this position.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry‑level 0 to 12 months sales experience
• Thorough knowledge of first‑aid and CPR
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or sit for prolonged periods of time and lift and carry up to 20 pounds

A bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience are preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

This full‑time position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position must be able to work flexible hours outside normal business hours, including weekends, events, and holidays as required.
