* Job Responsibilities:

*** Previous controller experience in an automotive tier 1 with UAW
* Full understanding of indentured bill of materials and standard costing
* Advanced Excel knowledge and desire to understand, utilize and enhance integrated models
* Previous planning, budgeting and forecasting experience
* Working knowledge of SAP and One Stream
* Strong leadership skills - Ability to motivate and genuinely care for the team, hold the team accountable and develop/enhance the succession plan##
