Student Support Caregiver

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and supervise students in a residential, pre-K–12 learning environment. This role supports students’ daily routines, personal growth, and academic success through structured care, behavior support, and positive role modeling. The Caregiver collaborates with education and home life staff to maintain a safe, inclusive setting aligned with MHS’s mission of holistic, cost-free education.

Responsibilities include assisting with homework, organizing enrichment activities, monitoring emotional well-being, and communicating regularly with the broader care team. Ideal candidates are patient, culturally responsive, and committed to making a lasting impact on students’ lives.
