We have partnered with a client who believes in making their clients feel known, valued, and genuinely cared for. Their advisors serve individuals, families, and business owners through comprehensive financial planning, thoughtful investment management, and long-term advisory relationships.

As the firm grows, they're investing deeply in the planning engine behind the advisors and are looking to add a Strategic Paraplanner
, which is a cornerstone of that engine. The Strategic Paraplanner owns the technical integrity, analytical depth, and presentation quality of financial plans.

• Elevate the quality and consistency of the financial planning output
• Reduce advisor dependence on leadership for plan construction
• Ensure planning and delivery are predictable, precise, and scalable
• Act as a strategic thought partner to advisors through analysis, scenarios, and presentation

• 2+ years of experience as a paraplanner, planning analyst, or technical planning role within a wealth management or advisory firm
• Strong working knowledge of:
  Retirement planning, Investment strategy, Insurance and risk management, Tax‑aware strategy, and Estate planning coordination
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex financial data accurately and independently
• Experience using financial planning software to build full plans and scenarios
• Ability to manage multiple planning cases without sacrificing quality

• Base Salary: $75,000K++ (very negotiable for the right person)
• Incentive Compensation:
  Performance‑based bonus tied to planning quality, accuracy, and consistency of deliverables, and measurable impact on advisor effectiveness
• 401(k): 3% match + 4% employer contribution with 5% employee deferral

  Monday–Thursday: 8:30 am –5:00 pm PST and Friday: 8:30 am –1:00 pm PST
