We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and educate patients on health management.
- Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality.
Current FNP or PA certification with an active California license; experience in primary care preferred; proficiency in EMR/EHR systems; strong clinical and communication skills; knowledge of chronic disease management is a plus.
