As a Plumber with Jayden's Mechanical, you will become part of a team of stellar employees who are highly valued and skilled. We are a privately owned and operated business dedicated to performing quality work and providing outstanding service to our customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and installing plumbing lines and fixtures for both commercial and residential jobs.

You will get to put your technical and mathematical skills to use operating tools and machines and taking measurements according to blueprints. This role will be great for anyone who wants to make the most of their abilities and grow within a rapidly expanding company committed to hard work.

• Ensuring that efficiency is maximized while repairing existing or installing new parts and systems
• Utilizing and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
• Maintaining, repairing, installing, and retrofitting plumbing systems
• Ensuring safety is a priority on the job during all activities
• Demonstrating the ability to operate and maintain a company‑issued vehicle in a respectful fashion
• Consistently performing strong workmanship and maintaining neatness of job completions
• Adhering to Jayden's Mechanical policies and procedures

• 4th‑term Apprentice Plumber or Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Commercial plumbing experience is a robust asset
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player with the proven ability to work independently and cohesively towards job completion
• Excellent communication skills and ability to professionally represent the organization with all stakeholders
• Accountable problem‑solving skills with the ability to oversee projects
