Back Controller/Accounting Manager
Accounting Manager Exeter , New Hampshire Perm 100000 Jul 24, 2026 $ 100000.00 - $110000.00 KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in the Exeter, NH area looking to add a Controller/Accounting Manager to the team! The person in this role will oversee the accounting functions, financial operations, and compliance of a multi-entity organization.
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate the preparation of federal, state, and local tax filings with external partners
- Administer payroll and employee benefits while ensuring timely and accurate processing
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Quick Books experience a plus
