Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Our client is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes pride in producing accurate work, and thrives in a close-knit office environment where personality and teamwork matter just as much as technical skills.
While the office is not customer-facing with heavy foot traffic, this individual will play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. From managing invoices and reviewing data to supporting office organization and administrative processes, this person will be a trusted partner to ownership and the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage invoicing activities through Quick Books, including sending, receiving, and tracking invoices.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Review reports, documents, and calculations for accuracy before final distribution.
- Perform quality control checks on spreadsheets and other business documents.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative projects as needed.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment of materials.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Comfort working with numbers and performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Experience using Excel in a business setting, with the ability to understand and work within existing spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with Quick Books or similar accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
