Service Credit Union is seeking a
** Member Service Supervisor
** where you will provide a variety of services to members and supervise branch personnel with the support and direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager.*“Members are the priority at Service Credit Union, and every role at the credit union is responsible for supporting member solutions and contributing positively to member experience.”
*** Pay:
** Starting at $25.00/hour. Flexible based on experience.

** A Day in the Life:
*** Assist Branch Manager and staff to meet assigned goals.
* Supervise and counsel branch personnel as directed by the Branch Manager.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of all Service Credit Union products and services.
* Create a positive member experience each and every time through confidence and enthusiasm- you are the face of Service Credit Union.
* Build and retain member relationships through quality service.
* Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

* Experience and Qualifications:

*** One to three years of similar or related experience.
* Outstanding leadership and customer service skills.
* Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
