Compensation & Benefits Salary: $56.00/hr Quarterly Hygiene Production Bonus Health Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Employer-paid Short-Term Disability Your Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver exceptional clinical care Maintain a sterile environment using proper aseptic techniques Accurately document patient records and medical histories Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Collaborate closely with the dental team for smooth, efficient workflow Utilize Dentrix software for charting, scheduling, and record-keeping Qualifications Active State of Maine Registered Dental Hygienist license Commitment to providing outstanding patient care Strong understanding of dental terminology and documentation

Experience with dental software (Dentrix preferred) Knowledge of aseptic protocols and HIPAA compliance Ability to accurately assess and document patient conditions Schedule No nights No weekends Enjoy work–life balance in a supportive, well-run practice.
