An experienced Project Running Architect is required to join a busy and well-established architectural practice delivering complex projects across education, residential, science, care, and leisure sectors. This full‑time office‑based role will suit a confident architect capable of leading projects through all RIBA work stages, managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The practice operates within a collaborative BIM‑focused environment and is known for delivering technically sophisticated and high‑quality buildings across the UK.

- Managing client relationships and coordinating consultant teams
- Leading project meetings and presenting design proposals
- Producing and reviewing technical drawing packages in Revit
- Coordinating planning, tender and construction information
- Monitoring project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
- Undertaking site visits, inspections, and contractor coordination
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- ARB registered Architect with strong UK project experience
- Proven experience running projects through delivery stages
- Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
- Confident communicator with client‑facing experience
- Ability to manage workload and lead project teams effectively
- Experience across education, residential or complex project sectors advantageous
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
