Job Summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a part‑time Branch Teller at its Exeter branch. This position offers part‑time work (10–15 hrs per week) with pay starting at $18.00 per hour and benefits that include PTO, training, mental‑health support, and identity‑theft protection.

• Provide a positive member experience through confidence and enthusiasm.
• Serve and engage members in all transaction areas.
• Open and close member accounts.
• Accurately process all member transactions while maintaining privacy and security.
• Offer outstanding service, problem resolution, and needs‑based selling.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience desired.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
