Travel Opportunity – Medical Technologist (MT) – Laboratory Supervisor
Step into a high-impact laboratory leadership role in Exeter, NH, where your expertise in blood bank and hematology will directly support quality patient care. This assignment is ideal for an experienced Medical Technologist who thrives in a supervisory capacity while remaining hands-on in the lab.

Weekend Requirement:
Every 3rd weekend

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational oversight of designated laboratory areas, primarily Blood Bank with some Hematology
Perform bench work approximately 50% of the time
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, and Microbiology processes
Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support timely and accurate diagnostic results
Utilize Epic and Soft Bank systems effectively
Support quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory
Facility Details:
100 licensed bed facility
Contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
BILH coversheet required at time of submission
Requirements & Qualifications:
ASCP certification or equivalent registration required
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology required
Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience REQUIRED
Strong Blood Bank experience required
Experience with Epic and Soft Bank required
Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months and in good standing to be considered
Important Notes:
All schedule requests must be submitted at time of submission
Supervisor role includes both leadership and hands-on responsibilities
Guaranteed hours apply to scheduled shifts only
