Registered Behavior Technician; RBT; Exeter, Hampshire

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience in school-based or educational settings preferred
• Comfortable working 1:1 with high school-aged students
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and adaptable in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions and support strategies in accordance with developed plans
• Collect and record data to monitor student progress and inform future interventions
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce positive behaviors and support student goals
• Implement de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay aligned on best practices and student needs
