Exeter Center is now hiring for a full-time Maintenance Assistant! Full-time. Monday – Friday. Full-time hire may be eligible for either Medical Benefits or Modified Compensation, which is an additional 25% on the base rate of pay! • Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri‑chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers
• Change filters on HVAC equipment
• Carry, lift and stock supplies
• Assume Maintenance supervisor’s responsibilities in his/her absence

High school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.
