Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment including Pick & Place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens;
Load and verify electronic components according to work orders, build plans, and production schedules;
Identify electronic components by type, value, and numerical markings;
Perform visual inspections of printed circuit boards before and after reflow to ensure proper component placement and quality standards;
Conduct minor machine troubleshooting and daily preventative maintenance on SMT equipment
