CNC Machine Operators - All Shifts/ Locations

Hiring immediately for CNC Machine Operators to run a variety of CNC equipment in our production shops in New Hampshire. MUST HAVE CNC EXPERIENCE.

• Exeter: (lathes)
• M-F 1st 5:30 AM - 1:45 PM
• M-F 2nd 1:30 PM - 9:45 PM
• M-F 3rd 9:30 PM - 5:45 AM

• Independently load parts and operate a minimum of one type of CNC equipment.
• Complete all operational processes, checklists, control plans and procedures as required.
• Correctly identify and assemble cutting tools and tool holder assemblies based on existing process documentation.
• Learn and understand the difference between types of tool wear.
• Identify the correct start line in the program.
• Gain basic working/functional knowledge of M codes.
• Look at parts to ensure they were machined properly, including surface finish conditions, missing features, etc.
• Basic troubleshooting of the machine (with assistance) if there is an error code and escalating issues to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Complete all required inspection measurements as defined on quality control plans using hand tools, gauge pins, caliper, micrometer, and Micro-Hite measurement tools. Load and run equator. Read CMM reports and adjust parts.

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to set the tool to the correct tool height with assistance from others.
• Typically requires 90 days as a CNC Trainee and/or one year of demonstrated CNC Machine Operator experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
