Job Description
The Clean Line Process Operations Technician III operates and maintains a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from parts before and after the aluminum dip braze process.
This is a 2nd shift position
Responsibilities- Work from process routing cards and detailed procedures, or verbal instructions to manufacture a variety of products
- Operate and maintain a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from parts before and after the aluminum dip braze process.
- Perform chemical film (iridite) application to treated parts in accordance with military and aerospace standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols when handling chemicals and process tanks.
- Inspect parts for cleanliness, surface finish, and proper coating.
- Record process information and support quality and production teams.
- Wear proper PPE (gloves, apron, goggles, etc.) and strictly follow chemical handling procedures.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with all environmental and safety regulations
QualificationsExperience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Interest in hands-on manufacturing or chemical processing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Comfortable working around chemicals (with full training and safety equipment provided).
- Willingness to work second shift and be part of a dependable team.
