Job Description
The Process Operator III troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities- Assist the Dip room operator with the aluminum dip braze process during 2nd shift operations
- Support production flow by moving parts through the line efficiently to meet evening shift targets
- Prepare materials for processing by sandblasting baskets and racks for production readiness
- Learn to operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots under supervision and training
- Help ensure all parts meet quality standards and production goals before shift completion
- Follow strict safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.)
- Participate in training, shift briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety
- Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided)
