What you will do Configure and run Swiss-style CNC equipment to meet engineering drawings and specifications.

Dial in tooling, offsets, and parameters; monitor cycle performance and hold tight tolerances.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to sustain machine uptime.

Conduct in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify compliance.

Work closely with engineering and production to refine setups, stabilize processes, and enhance quality.

Record production metrics, setup details, and maintenance actions with clear, accurate documentation.

Follow safety procedures and maintain an orderly, well-organized workstation.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.

Hands-on background setting up and operating Swiss-type CNC machines.

Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and G-code fundamentals.

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings with confidence.

Skill with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Strong troubleshooting ability, keen attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset.
