Machine Attendant

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading advanced manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to hire Machine Attendants. These positions play a critical role in producing highly specialized products using advanced automated equipment. Candidates will work in a clean room, climate-controlled manufacturing environment and be responsible for monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.

Machine Attendant

• 2nd Shift – Monday
  - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM – Pay: $24.00 per hour
• Weekend 2nd Shift – Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM weekdays, 12:30 PM - 12:30 AM weekends – Pay: $25.00 per hour
• 3rd Shift – Monday
  - Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM – Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Weekend 3rd Shift – Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday, 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM weekdays, 12:30 AM - 12:30 PM weekends – Pay: $26.00 per hour

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment in a clean room environment
• Load materials and components into production equipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Record production data and complete manufacturing documentation accurately
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before they impact production
• Troubleshoot minor equipment concerns and elevate issues when necessary
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring product quality standards are met
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and workplace organization standards
• Adhere to all clean room, safety, and quality requirements

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Experience working in a clean room or quality-driven environment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with computers and production tracking systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
