Overview
Co-Communications Director (Nonprofit, Healthcare Advocacy, Unpaid) role at Code Access. We are seeking a passionate Social Media Director to help amplify our mission online. This is an unpaid role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Threads, and more
- Create posts, reels, short videos, and graphics that educate, inspire, and mobilize
- Write captions that are authentic, accessible, and mission-driven
- Engage with our community by responding to DMs and comments with empathy and care
- Help launch mini-campaigns to raise awareness, grow our supporter base, and fuel fundraising efforts
- Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen our impact
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to spotlight healthcare inequities and how we’re tackling them
