Seven Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week local per-diem assignment in Exeter, New Hampshire, offering $480 per day. This role consists of 12-hour shifts in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Primary Responsibilities of the LPN:
Provide direct nursing care to residents following care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes promptly
Accurately document observations, vitals, and care provided
Support CNAs with ADLs and collaborate effectively with the care team
Maintain infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Deliver compassionate care that prioritizes resident comfort and dignity

Qualifications and Requirements:
Active LPN license in New Hampshire (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Local candidates only
