Location

Exeter Hospital, a level 3 trauma center, is located in Exeter, New Hampshire. The community-based practice offers an anesthesia care‑team model with excellent work‑life balance and a collegial environment. CRNAs practice autonomously and may serve as clinical preceptors for nearby nurse anesthesia programs. Exeter is less than an hour from Boston and Portland, near the seacoast and mountains, with access to outdoor activities and noted schools such as Phillips Exeter Academy.

8‑hour and 10‑hour shifts are available.

Beep‑call available for nights and weekends. Potential to earn up to $300K+/year.

CRNAs work in a care‑team model, performing a mix of solo cases and supervising cases.

• Pre‑anesthesia assessment
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor the patient’s physiological condition
• Perform clinical intervention as needed

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Hourly rate: $225/hour. Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage. Per diem salary: $225.
