Position: RN/LPN 7a -3p Part Time

Part‑Time RN/LPN – 24 hours per week, day shift (7–3)

River Woods Exeter is seeking a Part‑time RN or LPN for direct resident care. 24‑hour a week, day shift.

$3,000 Sign‑on Bonus* (subject to eligibility)

Responsibilities
  • Perform duties in accordance with facility policies, standards of professional practice, NH Nurse Practice Act, OBRA, and HIPAA
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to formulate and update individualized resident care plans; participate in resident care plan meetings
  • Institute care protocols (falls prevention, safety & elopement, behavior management, weight management, skin integrity, bowel/bladder management, infection control, pain assessment/management)
  • Assess and document changes in residents’ physical or mental status; report findings to primary care physician and treatment team; provide clinical data to facilitate decision‑making
  • Provide leadership to direct caregivers, prepare daily assignments, delegate workload, supervise through observation and evaluation
  • Establish positive relationships with team members, residents and families to facilitate communication
  • Obtain, administer, document medications and treatments per professional guidelines and nursing policies; inventory and maintain locked narcotics system
  • Support, create, and maintain a positive culture for team members and residents
Qualifications
  • Minimum:
    Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college/university or nursing school
  • Experience in long‑term care facility with specialized knowledge of nursing care for elderly and rehabilitative care preferred
  • Active RN or LPN license in New Hampshire; certification in intravenous administration preferred; must maintain CEUs annually; CPR required
