River Woods Exeter is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to support residents in our continuing care retirement community. In this vital role, you will provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and safe mobility assistance, while accurately measuring and documenting vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff.
