River Woods Exeter is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs for 3p-11p part-time positions in our continuing care retirement community. You will provide resident-centered nursing care across assisted living and skilled nursing, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, documentation, and coordination with the care team. You will monitor changes in condition, communicate with families, and uphold safety and infection control standards. Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care on 3p-11p shift
• Perform assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Monitor and document resident status and changes in condition
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Follow care plans and participate in care conferences
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Support ADLs and comfort measures for residents
• Respond to emergencies and perform basic life support as needed
• Precept and support CNAs and other team members
