American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an ICU position requiring 2+ years of ICU experience and Epic proficiency.

• 10-bed ICU treating critically ill adult patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and post-surgical complications
• Occasional management of pediatric patients requiring stabilization prior to transfer
• Cares for acute stroke patients supported by telestroke/tele-neurology services as part of a Primary Stroke Center
• Utilizes Epic EMR system
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week
• Requires working every third weekend
• No floating or charge responsibilities required
• 8-week assignment length

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) currently in hand
• MA license required if applicable
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

• Provide critical care nursing to a mixed adult ICU population, including cardiac, surgical, and stroke patients
• Work alongside intensivists and hospitalists in a community hospital ICU setting
• Accepts local candidates
• Returning employees must complete a 6-month break between assignments at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility
• Pass/fail testing may be required for Tele/ECG and Medication competency
• Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
