Securitas Security Services is expanding our Security Team at SIG Sauer. We are looking for Full‑Time Security Officers to fill shifts at various locations.

The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success. Whether you are just starting your career or in retirement, Securitas is a GREAT choice!

• 1st Shift – $21.00/hr (automatically bumped to $22.00/hr after 6 months)
• 2nd Shift – $22.00/hr
• 3rd Shift – $23.00/hr

Durham, NH – SIG Sauer Site: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 40 hrs/week.

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Previous military and/or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Conflict resolution & de‑escalation skills preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be able to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift, during various weather conditions
• Must be able to stay alert & have great attention to detail
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
• Must have a reliable means of transportation & communication
• Unarmed Security Officer role
