What You’ll Do

As a Team Carpenter at C2MG, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping high‑end residential and historic projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Prep:
  Plan and lay out construction or renovation projects with accuracy.
• Precision Measuring:
  Calculate dimensions—height, width, length—for flawless execution.
• Material Mastery:
  Select the right wood, metal, or other materials for each task.
• Blueprint Expertise:
  Follow detailed plans or supervisor guidance to bring designs to life.
• Tool
  
  Skills:
  
  Wield hand tools (chisels, saws, planes) and power tools (drills, sanders) with confidence.
• Construction & Assembly:
  Join materials using nails, screws, or adhesives, and install features like cabinets, molding, doors, and windows.
• Quality Control:
  Check your work against top standards every step of the way.
• Specialized Tasks:
  Set up scaffolding, prep concrete forms, and tackle remodeling projects.
• Precision Craftsmanship:
  Use levels, framing squares, and surveying tools to ensure everything’s spot‑on.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of carpentry expertise (required).
• Your Own Tools: A professional‑grade toolkit you know inside and out.
• Reliable Transport:
  Dependable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (required) to get to job sites with your gear.
• Skills:
  
  A sharp eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to work as part of a tight‑knit crew.
