Plant Marshal
Exeter, Devon – 12‑month contract.
Work hours:
Monday–Friday, 8 am‑6 pm.
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Plant Marshals to join a commercial construction project in Exeter. This 12‑month contract offers the opportunity to work on high‑quality commercial projects.
Key Duties- Maintain clear communication with drivers using approved hand signals to guide vehicles safely on site.
- Ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and drivers in and around the work area at all times.
- Carry out duties in line with relevant legislation, site rules, and industry standards.
- Complete pre‑use checks to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
- Proven experience within the construction industry.
- Plant Marshal Ticket.
- Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.
- Competitive hourly rate: £18‑20 per hour (CIS available depending on ticket).
- Working hours:
Monday–Friday, 8 am‑6 pm. - PPE and tools provided on site.
- Possible long‑term work available after first phase completion.
