Seacoast Mental Health Center in Exeter, NH seeks an Outreach Specialist for the Adult Services Department to coordinate services, provide direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or equivalent, with strong verbal and written communication skills and a valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
